A court is set to consider the restriction of cryptocurrency Doge from gaining access to records from the United States Treasury Department. The case came under judicial review after a lawsuit was filed by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).
The ACLU, through its lawsuit, aims to block the U.S. Treasury Department from releasing records related to Doge. The organization argues that the release of such records would be a violation of privacy rights.
